SAP Datasphere + SAC Consultant (SAP BPC Background)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Datasphere + SAC Consultant with a strong SAP BPC (Planning/Consolidation) background. You will work on global analytics and enterprise planning initiatives, supporting forecasting, budgeting, financial close cycles, and production operations across SAP landscapes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead SAP Datasphere implementations – data modeling, ETL, integration, and performance tuning
• Design and develop SAC stories, dashboards, and planning models
• Work on:

• Advanced formulas & allocations

• What-if planning & scenario modeling

• Predictive forecasting & planning cycles
  • Migrate and integrate SAP BPC models into Datasphere and SAC
  • Support monthly close, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Handle production support, troubleshooting, and deployments
  • Ensure data governance, security, and metadata management
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams for SAP & non-SAP integrations
  • Provide support across India and US time zones

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years total experience (including SAP BPC)
• SAP Datasphere: 2–3 years (data modeling, ETL, integration, performance tuning)
• SAP SAC: 2–3 years (stories, planning models, advanced formulas, predictive planning)
• Strong SAP BPC Planning / Consolidation experience
• Hands-on experience in financial close, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong production support & deployment experience
• Proficient in SQL, ETL, and data integration
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Flexible for global shift support
