Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong exposure to SAP data, Databricks, and Power BI to support enterprise analytics and reporting initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, data engineering teams, and reporting teams to deliver high-quality, business-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and reporting requirements.
Understand SAP source systems (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, etc.) and translate business needs into analytical use cases.
Define KPIs, metrics, and calculation logic aligned with business processes.
Collaborate with data engineers on Databricks-based data pipelines (Bronze/Silver/Gold layers).
Support data modeling and validation for analytics consumption.
Work hands-on with Power BI to build, enhance, and validate dashboards and reports.
Perform data validation and reconciliation between SAP source data and analytical outputs.
Support UAT, user training, and documentation.
Act as a bridge between business, SAP functional teams, and analytics teams.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in data-driven or analytics projects.
Strong understanding of SAP business processes and data structures (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.).
Hands-on experience working with Databricks (data lakes, Delta tables, layered architecture).
Strong experience with Power BI, including:
- Dashboard development
- DAX measures and calculations
- Filters, slicers, and drill-downs
Experience with data extraction from SAP (CDS views, BW, ODP, SLT, or flat files).
Proven ability to translate business requirements into data and reporting solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
