Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced M365 Exchange Online SME / L3 Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, Exchange Online, PowerShell scripting, and collaboration tools. The role involves managing enterprise M365 environments, handling L3-level issues, and ensuring secure, compliant, and stable M365 operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Exchange Online with strong PowerShell scripting

• Manage Microsoft 365 Tenant & Platform Administration

• Handle user, mailbox, license management across M365

• Administer MS Teams, including policies, calling, live events, and direct routing

• Monitor M365 Service Health and Message Center updates

• Coordinate with Microsoft for L4 escalations and feature changes

• Prepare monthly service availability and operational reports

• Manage OneDrive for Business access, storage, compliance, and sync issues

• Administer SharePoint Online (site lifecycle, permissions, storage, governance)

Must-Have Skills

• Strong expertise in Exchange Online and PowerShell scripting

• M365 fundamentals: Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online

• Hands-on experience with Azure AD & Azure AD Connect

• Experience in Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Identity Protection & Intune

• Knowledge of AIP, DLP, Conditional Access, MFA

• Understanding of monitoring, reporting, and governance frameworks

Security, Compliance & Governance

• Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

• Secure Score services

• Information Protection & Advanced Threat Protection

• Governance framework implementation

• Guest access & external sharing policies

• Patch, configuration, and evergreen release management

Good to Have

• Experience in planning and implementing M365 services

• Migration experience from on-prem to M365

• Familiarity with tools like Quest On Demand, BitTitan, SkySync

• Knowledge of Endpoint Manager & Enterprise Mobility

• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow

• Ability to manage multiple tenants

• Good communication and troubleshooting skills

• Flexibility for shift duties or relocation
