Role Overview

We are seeking an SAP Build Process Automation (BPA) / iRPA Consultant to design and deliver intelligent automation solutions. This role focuses on automating business processes using SAP’s modern cloud-based automation platform, combining RPA, workflows, and low-code development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automations using SAP Build Process Automation

• Build and manage workflows, approvals, triggers, and notifications

• Develop RPA bots to automate repetitive business tasks

• Use visual, no-code / low-code tools for automation development

• Leverage pre-built automation and process content packages

• Integrate automations with SAP and non-SAP systems (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, etc.)

• Implement document understanding for data extraction from PDFs and invoices

• Utilize AI-assisted features for automation and process generation

• Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities

• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to identify automation opportunities

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with SAP Intelligent RPA or SAP Build Process Automation

• Strong understanding of workflow-based process automation

• Experience with cloud-based automation platforms

• Knowledge of SAP integrations and APIs

• Exposure to AI-driven automation and document processing

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills

Good to Have

• Experience with SAP Build Apps or SAP Build Work Zone

• Prior exposure to automation in finance, HR, supply chain, or operations

• Ability to work with both business users and technical teams
