Job Description

We are seeking experienced SAP GRC Consultants with strong functional and technical expertise to support an upcoming project. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across multiple SAP GRC modules and be capable of working in both onsite and offshore delivery models.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and support SAP GRC solutions across various modules
Design and manage Access Control (AC) including:
- Role design and remediation
- SoD analysis and mitigation
- Firefighter (EAM) configuration and support
Configure and support Process Control (PC) for compliance monitoring and internal controls
Manage Risk Management (RM) including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
Support Audit Management (AM) activities such as audit planning, execution, and reporting
Collaborate with business stakeholders, auditors, and IT teams to ensure compliance requirements are met
Provide production support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement
Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and compliance reports
Support SAP upgrades, enhancements, and integration with other SAP modules

Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP GRC
Strong expertise in:
- Access Control
- Process Control
- Risk Management
- Audit Management
Experience integrating SAP GRC with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA
Good understanding of compliance frameworks (SOX, internal controls, audit processes)
Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
