Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to lead complex SAP & BI integration programs, with a strong focus on EMEA reporting.
You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, structure requirements in a clear and collaborative manner, and drive solutions across SAP and modern data platforms.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document structured requirements.
Translate business needs into BI functional specifications (tables, fields, transformation logic, visualization requirements).
Collaborate with source system SMEs to validate technical logic and ensure data reliability.
Work closely with developers during design, development, and testing phases.
Support technical testing and UAT (test scripts, test data preparation, user guidance).
Manage integration programs across multiple EMEA reporting streams.
Drive delivery momentum while handling strict deadlines independently.
Work across modern data platforms including Power BI and Databricks.
🛠 Technical Skills Required
Strong experience in SAP BI/BW
Expertise in Power BI
Experience with Databricks (strong advantage)
Experience delivering projects involving complex data models
Ability to translate business requirements into technical reporting designs
Experience supporting integration programs across SAP and data platforms
Strong experience with UAT, test scripting, and test data creation
