We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant with strong expertise in Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, and Contract Management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Ariba support, integration with Oracle EBS, and managing end-to-end procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Ariba modules (Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contract Management)

Manage Ariba integration with Oracle EBS (AP, PO, GL modules)

Handle incident management via ServiceNow and ensure SLA adherence

Troubleshoot invoice exceptions, PO mismatches, and supplier onboarding issues

Manage Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) or middleware tools

Support users in catalog management, requisitioning, and approval workflows

Coordinate with suppliers via SAP Business Network for issue resolution

Lead client coordination, escalations, and tri-party governance calls

Monitor KPIs/SLAs and drive process improvements

Review change requests, provide effort estimates, and ensure implementation

Participate in UAT, regression testing, and system upgrades

Create functional documentation, SOPs, and training materials
Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, and Contract Management

Experience in Ariba–Oracle EBS integration (AP, PO, GL)

Knowledge of Procurement & Invoice Processing lifecycle

Experience with ServiceNow ticketing tool
