Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD-CS Consultant with strong expertise in Customer Service (CS) and Sales & Distribution (SD) modules. The candidate should have hands-on experience in service management processes and S/4 HANA implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on SAP CS (Customer Service) and SD modules with focus on service processes
- Handle Service Order Management and related configurations
- Manage integration of SAP with Sales Force and other modules
- Perform fit-gap analysis and provide functional solutions
- Execute data migration (master & transactional service data)
- Support testing, cutover, and hypercare phases
- Configure DMR and service-related processes
- Work on In-House Repair and advanced return management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, PP, FICO)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of SAP experience
- Strong experience in SAP CS / Customer Management
- Hands-on experience in Service Order Management
- Knowledge of data flows for service orders, customers, and billing
- Experience with S/4 HANA implementation (at least one project)
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps related to Service Management
- Understanding of master data migration (materials, equipment, technical objects)
- Exposure to SLA, service contracts, warranty processing, and billing integration

- Experience with CATS integration
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
