Job Responsibilities
- Administer and manage SAP user accounts, roles, and profiles across SAP systems (S/4 HANA & Solution Manager)
- Provide L1 & L2 support for SAP security-related issues
- Handle access requests, authorization failures, and SOD (Segregation of Duties)
- Ensure adherence to SLA & KPI commitments
- Support audits, compliance, and remediation activities
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and KT materials
- Conduct periodic access reviews aligned with compliance standards
✅ Required Skills & Experience
- 7–12 years of experience in SAP Security & Authorization
- Hands-on experience with SAP IAG (Identity Access Governance)
- Experience in S/4 HANA implementations (minimum 1 project)
- Strong exposure to change management & application support
- Good understanding of SOD, compliance, and audit processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in team handling and client engagement
