Key Requirements:
– Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
– Hands-on experience in payroll configuration, implementation, and support
– Experience working with GCC country payroll processes is mandatory
– Good understanding of Employee Central integration with ECP
– Ability to interact with business stakeholders and gather requirements
– Experience in payroll testing, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support
– Prior onsite experience in GCC countries
– Strong communication and client-facing skills
