Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist with strong Healthcare domain expertise, specifically in HCP (Healthcare Professionals) and HCO (Healthcare Organizations) data. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building data science solutions on the Snowflake platform, including Snowflake Cortex capabilities. This role requires a blend of data science expertise, healthcare domain knowledge, and modern cloud data platform experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy advanced data science and machine learning solutions for healthcare and life sciences use cases.
Work with HCP/HCO datasets to derive actionable insights and support business decision-making.
Leverage Snowflake Cortex and Snowflake-native AI/ML capabilities for predictive analytics, NLP, and generative AI use cases.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand healthcare-specific requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Build and optimize data pipelines, feature engineering workflows, and model deployment processes within Snowflake.
Perform data exploration, statistical analysis, and model validation on large-scale healthcare datasets.
Ensure data quality, governance, compliance, and best practices in handling healthcare-related data.
Required Skills
Data Science
Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, Predictive Analytics, and AI.
Proficiency in Python and relevant data science libraries (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, etc.).
Experience with NLP and Generative AI use cases is preferred.
Snowflake
Hands-on experience with Snowflake Data Cloud.
Experience with Snowflake Cortex, Cortex AI functions, and Snowflake ML capabilities.
Strong SQL and data engineering skills within Snowflake environments.
Healthcare Domain
Deep understanding of HCP/HCO data models and healthcare data ecosystems.
Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare analytics, or commercial data domains.
Familiarity with healthcare customer, provider, and organizational datasets.
