Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Solutions Architect / AI Engineering Lead with 10+ years of overall IT experience, including extensive experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of enterprise AI solutions, collaborate with business stakeholders, and mentor technical teams to deliver scalable, production-ready AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end AI and Generative AI solutions for enterprise clients.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into AI-based technical solutions.
- Architect scalable AI/ML systems using cloud platforms and modern AI frameworks.
- Lead AI application development from proof of concept (POC) through production deployment.
- Develop and optimize Large Language Model (LLM) applications using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and AI agents.
- Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Build AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, document intelligence, and automation solutions.
- Design data pipelines and integrate AI models with enterprise applications through APIs.
- Monitor model performance, accuracy, scalability, and security.
- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to AI best practices.
- Mentor junior AI engineers and provide technical leadership.
- Support pre-sales activities by preparing solution proposals, effort estimations, and technical presentations.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and AI agent frameworks.
- Experience integrating AI services using REST APIs.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Milvus.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps practices.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and system design.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure OpenAI Service, OpenAI APIs, or Anthropic Claude APIs.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Experience building AI copilots and conversational AI solutions.
- Knowledge of OCR, NLP, computer vision, or speech AI.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot technologies.
- Experience with Power Platform integration.
- Understanding of responsible AI and AI governance.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML solution development.
