Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep functional expertise in Oracle CPQ
Cloud and Oracle Order Management Cloud to support and evolve a CPQ-driven commerce
and fulfillment architecture. In this environment, Oracle CPQ serves as the system of record
for order lifecycle management, while Oracle Order Management Cloud is used for
downstream execution including fulfillment orchestration, shipping, and billing handoff.
Key Responsibilities
•Own end-to-end Oracle CPQ commerce processes including complex configurations,
pricing, discounting integrations and quote-to-order flows.
•Design and govern custom CPQ commerce workflows where order lifecycle management is
controlled upstream in CPQ
•Define functional integrations between Oracle CPQ and Oracle Order Management Cloud,
including headers, lines, charges, references, schedules, and orchestration attributes.
•Ensure Oracle OM is correctly configured for fulfillment orchestration, order revisions,
cancellations, backorders and returns downstream of CPQ
•Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into functional designs, process
flows, and integration specifications.
•Act as the functional design authority, reviewing and approving solution approaches while
preventing unnecessary customization
•Provide Tier-3 functional production support, performing root-cause analysis for CPQ and
OM issues and driving long-term remediation
Required Skills & Experience Oracle CPQ Cloud:
•Strong functional knowledge of configuration rules, pricing and rebates logic, and order
lifecycle management.
•Proven experience supporting custom, non-standard CPQ commerce processes. Oracle
Order Management Cloud:
•Solid functional experience with Oracle OM configuration, orchestration, and fulfillment
flows.
•Strong understanding of downstream integrations with Inventory, Shipping, AR, and
Finance.
Business Analysis & Architecture:
•Strong documentation skills including functional design documents, integration mappings,
and process diagrams. Integration & Technical Knowledge
•Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and integration payloads (JSON/XML).
•Ability to analyze integration failures, error logs, and transactional discrepancies across
systems.
•Experience partnering with integration teams using Oracle Integration Cloud or similar
platforms is preferred
•Knowledge of SQL and OTBI, BIP reports is preferred
