Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled consultant with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment & Onboarding modules to implement, configure, and support solutions that streamline hiring and new hire integration processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment & Onboarding modules
- Lead and support end-to-end implementations (Requirement gathering → Design → Configuration → Testing → Deployment)
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders for seamless integration
- Provide user training and ongoing support in BAU environment
- Troubleshoot issues related to recruitment workflows, candidate management, and onboarding
- Ensure smooth integration with other SF modules and third-party systems
- Stay updated with latest SF releases, features, and best practices
- Support change management and process improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment & Onboarding
- Hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and support
- Good understanding of HR processes (Talent Acquisition & Onboarding)
- Experience in integration scenarios (SF modules & external systems)
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to gather requirements and translate into system solutions
- Experience in user training & documentation
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification is a plus
