Overview
We are seeking an experienced Order-to-Cash (OTC) Process Consulting Lead to support a transformation initiative for a leading US-based Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization. This role will focus on assessing and redesigning OTC processes, improving operational efficiency, and developing strategic transformation recommendations.
The ideal candidate will bring strong consulting expertise, deep OTC process knowledge, and prior experience within the CPG industry.
This opportunity is open to both full-time employees and contractors and requires immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead Order-to-Cash (OTC) process consulting initiatives across customer order management, billing, collections, deductions, and cash application.
• Conduct independent as-is process assessments and stakeholder workshops.
• Design future-state OTC processes aligned with operational goals and industry best practices.
• Identify process improvement opportunities related to customer experience, operational efficiency, controls, and automation.
• Develop strategic recommendations and transformation roadmaps.
• Support ERP-enabled transformation initiatives and process standardization efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology stakeholders.
• Deliver executive-level presentations, process documentation, and implementation recommendations.
• Provide consulting leadership throughout assessment and design phases.

Qualifications
• Previous consulting experience is required.
• Experience at a Big 4 or Tier 1 IT services consulting firm is strongly preferred.
• Prior Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience is required.
• Strong Order-to-Cash (OTC) process expertise.
• Proven experience independently leading as-is/to-be process design initiatives.
• Experience developing strategic recommendations and transformation roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of order management, billing, deductions, collections, cash application, and customer operations.
• ERP transformation experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to operate independently within complex transformation environments.
Note : Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or Ariba preferred.
