Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP BIB (Business Integration Builder) / SuccessFactors Integration Consultant to support and manage integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM. The role involves designing, configuring, and managing bi-directional interfaces, ensuring seamless data replication, migration, and synchronization across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage SAP BIB for SuccessFactors–SAP HCM integrations

• Design and handle bi-directional interfaces for data replication and migration between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM

• Create and maintain mapping documents and develop integration logic for multiple business scenarios

• Collaborate closely with ABAP developers for interface development and enhancements

• Work with functional teams to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end integration solutions

• Ensure successful integration of Employee Central (EC) with SAP HCM

• Provide guidance on configuration and functional aspects of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors

• Support testing activities (unit, integration, UAT) and assist with production deployments

• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide ongoing production support

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BIB / SAP SuccessFactors Integration

• Solid understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)

• Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP HCM (ECC)

• Knowledge of data replication, migration, and interface handling

• Ability to create mapping sheets and define integration logic

• Strong collaboration experience with ABAP and functional teams

• Good understanding of HCM data models and integration prerequisites

• Experience in end-to-end integration delivery and support

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

• Exposure to SAP CPI / PI / PO

• Experience with IDocs, Web Services, OData, or APIs

• Knowledge of Payroll, Time Management, or Organizational Management modules

• Experience in support and enhancement projects
