Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Package Specialist – SAP HANA Basis to support and manage complex SAP landscapes across on-premise and cloud environments. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in SAP Basis administration, SAP HANA, and cloud-based SAP solutions, with exposure to multiple SAP applications and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end SAP Basis administration for ABAP and Java stacks
Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain SAP systems including:
- SAP ECC 6.0, SRM, MDG, GRC
- SAP SCM and Fiori
Administer and support SAP HANA environments including setup, monitoring, and performance tuning
Manage SAP landscapes across cloud and hybrid architectures
Support integrations with SuccessFactors, SAP C4C, and SAP BTP
Administer and support at least two of the following:
- SAP PO
- SAP ME / MII
- OpenText
- SAP MTS
- Solution Manager 7.2
Perform system refreshes, kernel upgrades, patching, transports, and backups
Manage SAP systems hosted in virtualized or hyperscaler environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Provide OS-level administration on Windows, Unix, and AIX systems
Administer SAP BOBJ and BODS environments
Collaborate with functional, development, and infrastructure teams for smooth system operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration
Strong experience with ABAP and Java SAP stacks
Hands-on experience with SAP HANA, DB2, SQL Server, and Oracle databases
Strong understanding of SAP Cloud Architecture, HANA setup, and SuccessFactors integration
Experience managing SAP systems in virtualized / hyperscaler environments
Strong OS administration skills across Windows, Unix, and AIX
Experience with BOBJ and BODS administration
