We are seeking an experienced SAP Project System (PS) Consultant to join our team on an onsite contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP PS configuration, end-to-end project lifecycle management, and seamless integration with other SAP modules. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize project management processes within SAP.
Key Responsibilities

Configure and implement the SAP PS module to support project planning, budgeting, execution, and monitoring.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP modules.

Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.

Support technical teams during development, testing, and deployment phases.

Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and issue resolution for SAP PS.

Participate in unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and go-live/cutover activities.

Conduct user training sessions, workshops, and prepare end-user documentation.

Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and organizational standards.

Support CAPEX and EPC project execution within SAP PS.

Assist in project reporting, progress tracking, and performance analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications

4–6 years of experience in SAP PS implementation and support.

Strong knowledge of Project Structures (WBS, Networks, Activities).

Hands-on experience with Cost Planning, Budgeting, and Settlement processes.

Proven experience integrating SAP PS with FI/CO, MM, SD modules.

Ability to configure milestones, progress analysis, and resource planning.

Good understanding of SAP project reporting and analytics.

Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

SAP PS Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
